The Wi-Spy 2.4i is the new entry level spectrum analyzer product from MetaGeek both the hardware and software have been redesigned to work with the PC and Mac and provide better frequency / amplitude range and resolution than Wi-Spy v1 at the same price point.
Chanalyzer lite gives you a amazing amount of information it not only show the 2.4Ghz spectrum but also any Wi-FI networks in the area. We used along with a EnGenius EUB-362 EXT USB adapter to provide the WiFi information. You can see it finds the Wi-Fi networks and overlays on the spectrum plot.
